Kilrie Trees - Turnkey Glasshouse

Ebtech Glasshouse Systems Ltd successfully delivered a complete turnkey glasshouse project, covering a total area of 2,688m² in Scotland. The facility consists of an insulated-panel-clad production area alongside a dedicated growing zone.

The glasshouse was engineered with 8-meter bay widths, 4.0-meter section lengths, and a post height of 4.0 meters to optimise structural efficiency and layout.

The growing area is fully equipped with container benching featuring wire mesh tops, integrated with overhead irrigation booms to ensure uniform water distribution.

A Harmony 5747 FR thermal screen was installed in the growing zone to provide effective shading and temperature control, creating an ideal year-round growing environment.

Plant Room & Environmental Controls
Climate conditions across the facility are regulated by a state-of-the-art environmental control system with remote access capabilities, enabling the client to monitor and adjust settings off-site for optimal crop management.

A total of 228 LED Grow Lights were installed.

In addition, the roof of the production area was fitted with integrated solar panels, supporting energy efficiency and sustainability goals.
