""Ebtech took control of the full build process delivering a turnkey project for Hillier including H&S, compliance, civil works and contractor management, this took a lot of the pressure off the project and we were kept up to date of the schedule and through their planning process we could clearly see what was due to happen in any given week, what progress had been made and where delays occured.
