Hilliers Nurseries - Turnkey Polyhouse
In collaboration with our Dutch partner, VDH Agrowser — responsible for constructing the multispan polyhouse — Ebtech Glasshouse Systems provided a full turnkey project for Hilliers Nurseries in Hampshire.
Managing the full scope of project delivery, including project management and compliance with CDM health and safety regulations. Ebtech also handled the complete installation of all internal & external services, starting with groundworks and drainage.

Within the structure, we installed an overhead sprinkler system, and a sand bed trickle irrigation setup along with 1,990m² of horizontal shade screening
To support sustainable operations, a rainwater harvesting system was integrated, capturing runoff from roof gutters and storing it in two large tanks with a combined capacity of 535,000 litres installed by Ebtech.

Both systems are fully integrated through a custom-built manual interface, providing the client with seamless and user-friendly operational control.
