Ebtech Glasshouse Systems have supplied twenty premium aluminium, free-standing static benches to a leading horticultural Nursery in Northern Ireland—delivering a durable, professional benching solution designed for long-term performance.
Each bench has been expertly engineered for this particular grower’s convenience, measuring 1.34m wide to allow clear, comfortable access from both sides, with impressive lengths ranging from 26m to 28m to support large-scale production.
Standing at a practical height of 0.8m, the benches feature galvanised weld mesh tops for excellent strength and drainage, along with foot plates that give the client the flexibility to securely bolt the benches to the floor if required.
For reliable stability on uneven surfaces, every bench includes adjustable legs offering ±50mm of movement. In addition, each frame is reinforced with 50mm crossbars, enabling a robust load capacity of 75kg per m²—ideal for demanding horticultural environments.
Supplied ready for quick, hassle-free assembly, the benches required no welding, allowing the client to install the full system efficiently and with minimal disruption.
