Ebtech Glasshouse Systems have completed the supply and build of a new glasshouse turnkey project at Stockbridge Technology Centre at Cawood, North Yorkshire.
Working closely with our sister company Ebtech Energy Systems & GVR Hortec. we provided a new research glasshouse complex in conjunction with main contractor TCE.
The glasshouse has a post height of 4 metres & 12.8m wide zones.
The total area only measured 384m², however consisted of 17 doors, with three zones and a couple of corridors, plus a boiler house.
The Bom high-tech glasshouse boasted aphid proof nets on the roof vents, horizontal roof screens and a hot water piped heating system throughout.
Contractor TCE provided the Priva control system and electrics.
The Glasshouse will provide Stockbridge with a modern spacious growing environment to continue their ever-demanding research work.
