Ebtech Glasshouse Systems Ltd supplied and built a used glasshouse at Reuben Shaw’s Hollydene Nursery in Nottinghamshire.
The glasshouse is attached to the existing block and the gutters are identical to that of the existing house, making for an easier connection.
A door was installed in the end wall of the existing house to enable a thoroughfare between both structures with a second door at the far end for outside access.
The glasshouse is an L shaped design to fit within the land boundary and has a 3.5m post height.
The 411 sq.m design provides the client with over double the under glass growing space he currently had. With bay sizes of 9.6m the area provides ample room for the client's benching.
Ebtech Glasshouses are also to supply and install the thermal screening system.
